Winning Bidder Information:
If you are the winning bidder, you will come to the main office in Tabernash to pay your deposit and the winning bid amount plus sales tax and we will give you the keys to the storage unit.
You will then have seven days to clean the unit out to clean and re-rentable status to be refunded your security deposit.
Please be sure to take photos of the unit you have won after cleaning it out. You will need to send this to the office via email or text message so that they can verify unit status to refund your deposit to you.
You must also leave the lock and key set on the floor on the inside of the unit. Please do not lock the unit.
