We love taking excellent care of all of our storage customers and that means making winter access easy and safe.
When the snow stops falling, we plow each location and apply ice melt where needed. With the doors to your storage unit, it works a little differently. We have customers who access their units daily and some customers who place their items in storage and visit rarely. We like to focus our attention on the doors accessed most frequently first. Your safety and ease of access is a priority for us. We want to ensure that every experience you have with Mountain Storage Management exceeds your expectations of great service. In the winter, we just need a little information from you to help us help you.
During snow season, please give us a call and let us know if you will be accessing your storage unit daily so we can add you to the list of doors we perform winter maintenance on with every storm. Otherwise, we have a 48-hour snow policy. That policy states that we need 48-hour notice prior to your arrival, and we will happily go to your storage unit to shovel the door and apply additional ice melt in the area for easy loading and unloading. It is our pleasure to do this for you. You can send a quick email, call us at the office during business hours or after hours and leave a message, or use our website contact form. You can find our contact information here.
If you choose not to use our 24-hour snow policy, winter access might be challenging and we don’t ever want that for you, so please give us a call and let us make your experience with us easy year round.
